Hi!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic marketing assistant with experience in the following areas to expand our reach and generate engagement and leads.  You must love to work in a creative environment and be a self starter, and ‘own’ your role.  We need:

  • Excellent writing skills for blogs and social media engagement
  • Boosting posts on Facebook and targeting of Facebook groups
  • Facebook ‘dark posting’
  • Facebook groups: joining our target audience, commenting, adding relevant posts
  • Partner outreach – agencies, blog, and video sharing – to co-brand current video blogs
  • Mailchimp and DRIP campaign management and monthly newsletter creation
  • Searching the web for influencers, podcasters and large audience holders on social media, create lists and contact them
  • Administratively organized – all leads into CRM and updated, all files in GoogleDrive and our project management system

Bonus skills:

  • Chatbot creation and management
  • Remarketing in Facebook, LinkedIn, or with 3rd party apps like Adroll
  • SEO (on page/ off page)
  • LinkedIn strategies
  • Funnel building in email, Clickfunnels, Leadpages, or WordPress
  • Running LinkedIn Sales Navigator and meetLeonard (templates are already built) and organizing leads
  • Administration support to the CEO
  • Graphic design and/or video editing

You must be a self-starter who is able to track the hours you are committing to work. Working remotely is acceptable for this position, if not desired.
