A10 Capital has had dramatic growth in the past 4 years with tens of millions of dollars in new loans for commercial properties. The market for commercial real estate loans is extremely competitive, so we agreed a new message was needed to create a buzz in the industry. We created a character to represent the demographic, combined multiple styles of animation to provide a message that not only explains, but entertains.
