The National Center for PTSD approached MUSA and Rip Media about creating a series of animated videos for their series on PTSD, which includes information on evidence-based treatments as well as medications for PTSD.

When most people think of PTSD, they think of combat military Veterans - brave men and women who have served in our armed forces; but did you also know that PTSD affects nearly 8 million OTHER people per year? Men and women of all ages. PTSD can occur after you’ve been through any kind of trauma - accidents, personal injury, a witness to disaster or violent crime, and victims of physical or sexual assault - PTSD can impact you as well as those you love. Help is available. If you feel that you may be experiencing PTSD, please contact the National Center for PTSD today at ptsd.va.gov/

Or, if you are ever worried about harming yourself or someone else, call the Veterans’ Crisis Line 1-800-273-8255, *press 1*, or the Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-8255 for those who aren’t military. They provide free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This video launches the new slate of pilot financing programs that make it easier and more affordable than ever to finance energy upgrade improvements to your home.

The client tasked Rip Media Group to create an inspiring, dynamic lifestyle video to generate awareness and drive viewers to the new Go Green Financing website. Lucky The Penguin: "Lucky's New Foot"

Dinsmore, Inc. approached Rip Media Group to help showcase...

Dinsmore, Inc. (dinsmoreinc.com) is a design and development company specializing in 3D modeling and printing. They approached Rip Media Group to help showcase what they did for Lucky the Penguin at the Santa Barbara Zoo in Santa Barbara, California. You see, Lucky was born without a foot. The zoo tried several attempts to create and fit an artificial foot so Lucky could live a normal, active penguin life. But all attempts failed.

Dinsmore immersed itself in the life of a penguin and fashioned a polymer boot to affix to Lucky so he could thrive in his natural habitat. And Rip Media group was there to document it. Combining live action with our own 3D art, Rip Media Group created this video to show Lucky's transformation into an active, happy penguin (and father).

The editing process also featured dynamic music that fit the upbeat tone of Lucky's story, as well as fun and engaging text graphics. In the end, Dinsmore was elated how the videos showcased their incredible cutting-edge technology, and the Santa Barbara Zoo was excited about how visitors could learn how one penguin received so much love and attention to make his life normal.

Novo Biosciences (novobiosciences.com) approached Rip Media Group to create a vibrant and visually creative video to help generate interest in their ground-breaking research involving the use of genomes in the human body and its regenerative powers.

Novo wanted to make it clear that genomes unlock the power for regrowth where stem cells have fallen short. Together we came up with an exciting hand-drawn video which uses "ink reveals" to tell the story.

Utilizing their top writers, art, and animation team, Rip Media Group was able to create a concise video that captures the audience's attention and engages them throughout. Leaving anyone who watches with a strong desire to learn more about the incredible work that Novo Biosciences is doing.

Care Innovations: "Health Harmony"

Care Innovations approached Rip Media Group with a...

Care Innovations approached Rip Media Group with an old live action video that they needed to update with new information and animation.

What we did was first re-write the script and re-edit the old video onto the new updated script, this left us with various high-level portions of our narration that needed supplemental imagery, so we designed 3D animated vector art to fill the gaps. We also used their existing visual effects project files to update logo elements, change wording and re-create various scenes. For example towards the end there is a scene with full circle care, where previously it had three characters, but we added another character and re-created their old animation.

In the end Care Innovations was so proud of this re-edit that, they gifted two additional versions of this video to two of their partners. They also came back to work on 5 more videos with us! Thanks Care Innovations. We love helping you tell your story.

Dr. Susan Love: "Commit to Love"

The Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation approached us...

Produced by: ripmediagroup.com/ The Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation (drsusanloveresearch.org) approached us with a problem - they needed help reaching out to the Hispanic, Asian-American and African-American communities to help get them more involved in breast cancer research. It turns out that those three groups of women are not as well represented in the research studies as others, and as a result, it creates additional challenges for that community and the doctors that treat them. So we invited 3 different women, all with breast cancer, from their respective communities to tell a personal story and offer a personal plea to help get more women involved in research studies. In one emotional afternoon, we captured their stories and set about editing them down into bite-sized chunks. All four videos were very well received by the Foundation and are set to launch with this year's Breast Cancer Awareness Drive (October 2017). We are hoping these short videos play an outsized role in the spreading of awareness of the disease and helping the respective communities become more fully engaged in helping doctors and other researchers eliminate breast cancer in our lifetime. Produced by: RipMediaGroup.com The Whole Child (https://www.thewholechild.info) is one of Southern California’s leading agencies providing services for at-risk children and their families. When they approached Rip Media Group to help them tell the stories of some of the families and children whose lives they touch, we were excited to be able to lend a hand. The Whole Child is an organization that has been supporting families in Whittier since 1958. As their mission expands and their population has grown, so have they. So against the backdrop of a mature and effective organization, we wanted to tell the stories of 3 different families, highlighting the areas where The Whole Child is focused best. Rip Media put their most experienced producer on the project who went with a documentary crew to interview and capture some of the essence of the families' struggles and how The Whole Child has elevated their lives. The resulting, very touching video was shown to rousing applause during their 60th Anniversary fund-raising gala dinner, and is destined to be included as key video content in all of their markeing and fundrasing efforts moving forward. Energy Upgrade California, the state’s energy management brand, is on a mission to help Californians do their part to achieve our state goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. As part of their mandate to promote a slate of new pilot financing programs that make it easier and more affordable than ever to finance energy upgrade improvements, Energy Upgrade CA needed a way to recruit contractors and train them to close more energy project deals using the new financing tools.

The client tasked Rip Media Group to come up with a new twist on the typical, boring training videos and to make a promo video to recruit contractors into the training program. We used a Mission Impossible theme to make this training series fun and interesting.

Education in America for minorities has been...

Education in America for minorities has been an ongoing topic for decades. Oftentimes, minorities are neglected in the whole of society. This leads to fewer opportunities, and fewer chances for success. More people need to understand the importance of having equal opportunities for every racial group. Education not for some, but for all. Rip Media Group created a whiteboard animation video that tells the history of the relationship between education and African Americans. We took great pride in creating this video in hopes to raise awareness of the issue of inequality in education.
