We are a growth agency that focuses on growing clients through excellent sales copy, messaging, and using creativity and video as our weapons of choice and we have a great opportunity for the right person with an art direction/design and a successful client relationship background to play an integral role in design, email marketing and social media management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing
Provides a way to engage with existing customers and reach new ones while allowing them to promote their desired culture, mission, or tone on LinkedIn / Facebook / Instagram / Google My Business / Twitter
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn is a plus
Content Design, Posting & Strategy
Live posting/boosting & post scheduling on different platforms such as LinkedIn, Google My Business. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Create and strategize content to post on social media
Provides an effective and actionable monthly content plan
Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar
Lead Generation, LinkedIn Messaging & Outreach
Message potential leads and sends connection requests via LinkedIn
Must have experience using LinkedIn Inmail and software like Dux soup and more.
Email Marketing & Copywriting
Must have an experience with Mailchimp, Apollo, Copyfactory, and Email Warmup
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
Must be able to create drips, email sequences, custom replies for inquiries, send newsletters, and design visuals
3-5 years of social media management, design, and email marketing experience
Hands-on experience in content management
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Award-winning portfolio showcasing a range of mediums with a focus on video, digital, social, and advertising campaigns.
Embodies professionalism and demonstrates mature presence in all aspects of team and client relationship
Well-versed in communicating vision, setting creative direction, and managing a group of cross-disciplinary teams
A thorough understanding of digital media and an ability and desire to adapt to the changing landscape of technology and media.
It’s a challenging role requiring a careful balance between the client’s needs, wants, and priorities, and the agency’s bottom line. You will play a crucial role in client retention as well as potentially bringing in new business as part of an existing client referral process.
